As the Systems Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring the business’s technology solutions to support business operations and minimise operational complexities. You will work in conjunction with the Head of Operations to achieve the company’s short and long-term technology goals, design the technology ecosystem and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to utilise technology to drive efficiency.

The Client Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing exceptional (and enviable) service, going above and beyond for their clients, being their point of call for all meetings, transactions and queries. CSAs are the backbone of the business and are responsible for fostering amazing rapport with our clients. They ensure the efficient running of the advice team through providing administrative support that enables the team to deliver superior client outcomes.

The Associate Adviser is responsible for ensuring our clients’ affairs are proactively planned and managed to optimise their financial position. Associate Advisers are part of a Diamond team (i.e. 2 Wealth Advisers, 2 Associate Advisers and a Client Service Associate). They work closely with select Wealth Advisers to manage the advice delivery process from end to end, including client relationships, technical capability and delivery by the team. The Associate Adviser will have an excellent working knowledge of each client’s financial affairs to collaborate with clients and their professional advisers to create value.
