Everyone in our team has an important role to play in helping our clients achieve the financial clarity, certainty and confidence they need to live their best life, but Rachel is at the heart of everything we do. From training and mentoring our Client Service team, to providing executive assistance, her knowledge, foresight and hard work underpin our team’s success.

When Rachel joined us in 2012, after completing her accountancy degree, she had no practical knowledge of the financial planning industry, but she scaled this steep learning curve with what we now know to be her trademark dedication and curiosity.

Today, she’s across everything we do, nurturing the capability and relationships that enable us to deliver the most personalised financial solutions and customer care. And that’s what matters most to Rachel – care. She thrives on the variety of her role, but it’s the potential to make personal connections and a positive impact that drives her, both at work and in her personal life, where she cherishes spending time with her loved ones and getting involved in her local church community.
