Faith joined us after an impactful stint as a Legal Assistant. Her passion for Human Resources and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture led her to this dynamic role. As such, Faith is in constant contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process. She takes joy in getting to know them and ensuring the best fit for both the candidates and Capital Partners. The most rewarding part of her job is watching new starters seamlessly integrate into the team and thrive in their roles.

Outside the office, Faith enjoys escaping down south with her partner and two Australian Shepherds, relishing the beaches and wineries away from Perth’s hustle and bustle. A devoted Taylor Swift fan, she proudly knows every song. She values physical and mental health above all, believing that taking care of both is essential to truly enjoying life.
