It has always been Andrew’s intention to reduce his work effort and retire at around age 60. Recent challenges have reinforced that this objective is important. Andrew and the Capital Partners team are all committed to making this a successful transition for all Partnership Wealth clients.

On 1st August 2023, Partnership Wealth Management Pty Ltd will transition to Capital Partners Consulting Pty Ltd.

Capital Partners Consulting Pty Limited will be the new licensee. AFSL – 227 148; and your fees will be paid to Capital Partners from 1 August 2023.

Andrew White and Darren Nash will become Authorised Representatives of Capital Partners Consulting Pty Limited.

Specialised Insurance advice will be provided by MBS Insurance WA Pty Ltd (MBS), part of a national insurance advice business. MBS and Capital Partners already work closely together with their existing clients and will ensure your family’s position continues to be protected and your risk needs met. Your policies will remain unchanged, and MBS will become the servicing adviser responsible for reviews and assisting with claims.

Initially, Andrew will continue to be involved in the advice process. As part of his retirement transition, Andrew will introduce you to a new Capital Partners adviser who will work with Andrew to ensure there is a thorough hand-over of your information and preferences.

Andrew will be employed as an Adviser with Capital Partners on an initial two-year contract. His key responsibility will be to ensure a smooth handover of advisory services.

Darren Nash joined Partnership Wealth two years ago, and he has over 15 years of client advice experience. Many of you know Darren and he will join Capital Partners as an adviser and will continue to work with many of you.

Initially it will be business as usual. Your portfolio platform, underlying investments, fee structure, and online access will all remain the same. The intention is to continue your scheduled review meeting frequency.

Over time there will be changes in some business processes as you become used to the Capital Partners approach to business.
