Perth Financial Planner, Kathryn Creasy CFP® has been named the 2021 Certified Financial Planner Professional of the Year.
The FPA Awards recognise certified members who deliver the highest professional and trusted advice to Australian consumers and those who have gone above and beyond to support their local community.
Principal, Wealth Adviser and Head of Advice at Capital Partners, Kathryn Creasy, is particularly passionate about financial planning as a career option for women. Over the last 24 months, she has worked closely alongside Perth’s Curtin University, contributing to its financial planning internship program.
In her first year as an FPA finalist, Kathryn states she was delighted by the announcement.
“Being recognised helps to bring financial advice back into a positive light because what the Royal Commission didn’t show is the thousands of advisers out there who have been making a positive impact for many years”.
She also strives to raise awareness in increasing women’s financial literacy. Notably, the experience of women who are forced to take financial control of their lives for the first time.
