By Capital Partners Capital Partners News

Capital Partners has been recognised in the under 100 employees category as the 17th best place to work in Australia!

The WRK+ Best Places to Work benchmarking study is an opportunity for organisations to gain insight into areas of strength and opportunity. 112 Australian businesses with under 100 employees submitted an extensive Culture Insight Submission and Employee Engagement Survey through WRK+ to assess their employees’ relationship with their work, the organisation, and the broader team.

95 per cent of the Capital Partners 40 strong team participated in the anonymous survey. The resulting 88 per cent satisfaction rate makes Capital Partners 17th in the Best Places to Work for organisations under 100 employees: the highest-ranked wealth management or financial planning firm, and highest-ranked WA-based business on this list.

“We’re delighted. It feels like it is 22 years in the making, where every single day, everyone in our team gets out of bed with the intention to do the right thing by people – our clients, each other and the community”, said David Andrew, CEO and Founder of Capital Partners.

Participating in the 2021 WRK+ Best Places to Work study enables companies to understand how they compare to other workplaces across Australia.
