Capital Partners has been recognised in the under 100 employees category as the 17th best place to work in Australia!
The WRK+ Best Places to Work benchmarking study is an opportunity for organisations to gain insight into areas of strength and opportunity. 112 Australian businesses with under 100 employees submitted an extensive Culture Insight Submission and Employee Engagement Survey through WRK+ to assess their employees’ relationship with their work, the organisation, and the broader team.
95 per cent of the Capital Partners 40 strong team participated in the anonymous survey. The resulting 88 per cent satisfaction rate makes Capital Partners 17th in the Best Places to Work for organisations under 100 employees: the highest-ranked wealth management or financial planning firm, and highest-ranked WA-based business on this list.
