Lisa Ma

Lisa commenced her journey with Capital Partners in 2021 and has since flourished in her role as Talent Assistant. She loves applying the theoretical concepts learned at university to real life while studying for a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce, majoring in Human Resources Management.

A valuable addition to the Operations Team, Lisa is a crucial player in the roll-out of vital resources and support frameworks, her touch points directly influencing culture and recruitment. Thanks to Lisa’s efforts, we make time to celebrate our wins, ensure appreciation shout-outs are commonplace, and the right people are in the right seats.

Representative of her role, Lisa seeks to live a life of meaning and gratitude. She’s a natural people person and thrives in helping bring out the best in others. She coaches netball and fulfills her competitive side through the art of Jiu-Jitsu. If Lisa had to list her ideal holiday, she’d be in Switzerland, skiing with family and friends.
