Here’s your opportunity:

Contract Details: This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering flexibility with the ability to work from home.
Handover Period: A 6-week handover period is available to ensure a smooth transition and successful onboarding.

The Key Details

: Lead with Expertise: Step into a key role managing financial accounting and ensuring compliance on all facets of finance, while providing strategic guidance and oversight.

Drive Financial Integrity: Oversee financial controls, risk management, legal governance, and business compliance. From managing office operations to reviewing legal agreements, your role will ensure that our financial and legal frameworks are robust and effective.

Manage and Forecast: Lead the Finance Committee, oversee budget management, and support key stakeholders in forward-looking decision making. Your insights will enhance our reporting and evaluation processes.

Governance Excellence: Support board governance and shareholder relations, ensuring smooth M&A activities and business transactions.

Innovate: Implement improved approaches and systems that drive efficiencies but maintain robustness in our financial operations.

Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with our leadership team and board, becoming a safe pair of hands and a good project manager. Your role will be pivotal in keeping the business accountable and on-track.

: Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications in finance

Experience: Proven expertise in financial management, risk assessment, and compliance. Experience in a strategic accounting role is essential.

Skills: Good judgment and commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage effectively with board members, leadership teams, and shareholders. A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement are key.
