About the role

Here’s a snapshot of our Marketing Assistant’s day-to-day activities:  

• Responsible for the day to day running of our social media channels to drive awareness and engagement.
• Manage and implement content in the form of videos, blogs, podcasts, and artwork.
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of client and prospect communications in line with our communications strategy and calendar.
• Manage the corporate website and learn the strategy behind the scenes.
• Manage the lead nurture process and the lead data captured between the Marketing and Business Development teams.
• Manage the functional reporting and draw insights from our HubSpot platform on several marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create:
• Graphic design and content for social media, e-marketing, print materials and website.
• Creating and editing photos and short format videos for social.
• Support in events planning and coordination.
• Support the evolving talent marketing space, working with the People & Culture team.
• Collaborate and bring new ideas to the table.

Education: A relevant degree (Marketing/Communications/PR) is desirable.

Experience and Skills:

1. We are looking for a team member who is ready to elevate their career, having 1-2 years of marketing experience.
2. Be ready to learn! We are excited to teach and support a new team member in joining our team.
3. Having high attention to detail, including excellent proofreading, grammar, and copywriting skills.
4. Having an eye for design, and a flair for being creative.
5. Being curious and enjoy problem-solving.
6. Experienced across Microsoft Office and an interest in MarTech
