• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications in a financial field, with ASIC registration.
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and developing a team within the financial planning industry, with a focus on team progression and growth.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial planning and licensee compliance, with experience in monitoring and improving advice standards and quality.
